Let me start off by saying that we LOVE shooting in Asheville, NC! It is probably by far one of our favorite places to shoot in NC. This wedding took place at one of our favorites venues in Asheville, and has a very intimate feeling each wedding that we shoot there. The Ceremony/Reception were at “The Homewood” in Asheville, NC which is a beautiful building, with a ceremony setting that is like no other. The staff, the setting, the scenery is all just right to fit the mood of a perfect, intimate wedding day. Darr Conradson of Mountain Vows Wedding Ceremonies was the officiating minister of the day and is always positive and uplifting. The day of the wedding was overcast and we thought that we would end up in the rain. Luckily, the rain held off for us and we were able to get some really creative shots outdoors. We enjoyed working alongside Kristin and Aaron Byrum of Kristin Byrum Photography. If you are looking for an upbeat, fun, outgoing photographer, you should check these guys out. As far as the couple…Julie and Tony were very easy to work with. They were both extremely laid back and I have to say that we REALLY enjoyed picking out the music for this one.
