A mountain wedding with a mountain atmosphere! Not only was the venue great, but paired with great music, a friendly couple, great food, decorations and vendors makes a perfect Wedding Film! We had a great time filming this one at the Crest Center in Asheville, NC!

The weather was perfect and the outdoor cceremony was more than intimate only to be followed by a reception full of fun and dancing, great food, and great people. It was great to work with the Renaissance Charlotte Southpark event staff, Thomas Geist of GG Images Photography, as well as Vinny Esposito of Split Second Sound as the DJ. Best wishes to Sarah and Scott!

Meet Lindsay and Daniel. These two were married at Childress Vineyards in May of 2010. What began as a relationship at the Olive Garden as co-workers, rapdily changed into the love of a lifetime for these two. To date, both Lindsay and Daniel were two of the most laid back, easygoing people that we have had the opportunity to work with. The toasts/speeches on the wedding day were nothing but entertaining and humorous to hear regarding these two. The most memorable part of the day for us without a doubt, was the couple’s unique story as told by the DJ, John Haskins who is the owner Friendly Neighborhood DJ. The photographer for the wedding was Renee McCardell of McCardell Photography, who was very easy to work with from beginning to end. Congratulations again to Lindsay and Daniel on your newfound marriage and direction in life!

Allison and Matt were married in May of 2010 in Uptown Charlotte, NC. The ceremony took place at St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the reception not far from there at the Charlotte City Club overlooking the city. A great couple with an even better story. Both Allison and Matt are originally from California and reconnected in Charlotte through work. It’s a small world and without a doubt, some things are just meant to be. The Schultzes, wedding photographers based in Charlotte, NC showed up big and the photos turned out amazing! From the setting at the reception to the toasts, it was truly a wonderful wedding and a night to remember….

Matt and Ashley were married in Raleigh, NC at The Pavilion at Angus Barn earlier this year. I had the opportunity to film this one by myself. Ashley and Matt did a first look prior to the ceremony that made the day flow very well especially without having a 2nd cinematographer there with me to help capture those timeless moments. The ceremony setting was outside, with a beautiful lake in the background, and it was HOT! I cannot say enough about how positive the experience was to work alongside Kellie Kano and can’t wait to work with her again. Enjoy the wedding film!
Ashley Harris - Keith - Thank you so much! The highlights video is amazing and I can't wait to share it with friends & family, especially those who weren't able to attend. We look forward to seeing the full DVD, too! You're the best!July 2, 2010 - 12:40 pm

Abbey and Adam were full of personality from the first time we met until the wedding day. When hearing the story of how these two met, there was an uncertainty about which of their favorite local “watering holes” that they first crossed paths, but the two definitely have a special connection that you can see through the smiles on both of their faces. The ceremony took place at First United Methodist Church in uptown Charlotte, NC and the reception was held a few blocks away at the Mint Museum. We had a blast!

Ashley and Kevin drove in to Charlotte from Virginia to meet our team and we had the opportunity to hang out with them and really spend some time with these guys getting to know them prior to the Wedding Day.
Kevin is straight and to the point, while Ashley, has the personality to persuade people with a smile! For that reason, it is no surprise that Kevin is a police officer and Ashley is in sales. These two just seem to be perfect for each other in every way and we were honored that they chose us to be their cinematographer.
The couple was married at the Oak Ridge Estate in Arrington, VA, which is a beautiful venue with too many beautiful places to capture. The drive up was tough, as we faced rain and cloudy weather and were a little bummed that the day would turn out rainy. We knew that the place would offer so many beautiful shots and just hoped that the rain would hold off until the ceremony was complete. Luckily the rain held out and the day turned out to be perfect.
Congratulations again Ashley and Kevin! We hope that you enjoy your Wedding Film.
Great couple, great food, great lighting, great venues, great vendors = Great Wedding Film! We just finished up the Penkar/Richard wedding and we are beat, but we had to share the same day edit!
We packed up 2 vehicles yesterday, equipped with 3 Mac’s, 4 Cameras, and 3 Shooters to pull it off and we have successfully completed another Same Day Edit. Check it out!

When I arrived to the Bride’s hotel room the morning of the wedding, she had just started her makeup along with the mother of the groom and several of the bridesmaids. Lilly sat calmly facing a large window that overlooked the Charlotte skyline as the makeup was applied and you could read the excitement on her face as she prepared for her Wedding. The conversation among the family members and the bridesmaids was full of laughter from the beginning, and that didn’t seem to change for the remainder of the day.
The Ceremony and Reception took place at the Ritz Carlton in uptown Charlotte and was by far one of our favorite Weddings from 2009. It wasn’t the venue, the perfectly ornate decor, the well planned event, or the creative photography that made it one of our favorites. Although those factors helped, it was the couples’ personality that really made this day a great one for us. From day one, these two were a pleasure to work with and always kept the mood light and entertaining. You could tell that they were truly happy together every second of the day. It was with much anticipation that we started the shoot on the day of the Wedding and it definitely exceeded any expectations that I had.
Kim McIlwaine of The Bride’s Choice was the wedding coordinator for the day and every second seemed to flow smoothly as a result of the months of preparation that went into the event. Jeremy Igo was the Wedding photographer and is always a blast to work with. I would definitely have to say that Jeremy is one of the best professionals in the business, as well as Kim McIlwaine from the Bride’s Choice, and Chelish Moore who did the floral design and decor. I could not have chosen a better group of professionals to work with and cannot wait to work with them again. Thanks again to Jeremy for providing us with some photos for the DVD Design!
To Lilly and David, thanks again for letting us film your Wedding! I hope that you enjoy your Wedding film and I wish you two nothing but the best.
Lilly Jayne DuPuy - If only I could put into words what you somehow put together on film...
We’re forever grateful that you guys were in charge of our videography. Our only regret is that you didn’t put down your cameras and enjoy a few shots at the bar with us! Guess you’ll just have to be there when we renew our vows and celebrate again.
Hiring you and your team was ABSOLUTELY one of the BEST decisions I made about our wedding! Every time I watch our DVD—and trust me, it’s often :)—I laugh and cry and cheer and feel all the wonderful emotions I felt on our wedding day all over again. (And yes, Dave smiles at me getting all sappy and of course mimics “excellent” every chance he gets! Classic.)
Thank YOU for giving us and our families such a beautiful and invaluable memory of our wedding day.May 11, 2010 - 12:28 pm
